Work With Us

  • Yes - and it makes a bigger difference than you might think. For the best results, spaces should be clean, free from clutter, and styled the way you'd like them to appear in the final images. Think of it as showing your space at its absolute best before I arrive.

    On the day I'll make small adjustments - moving objects, refining compositions, tweaking details - but the overall styling (flowers, books, decorative objects) should already be in place.

    To make this as easy as possible, our Signature and Editorial packages include a pre-shoot preparation guide sent as a PDF so you know exactly what to do before I arrive.

  • You're welcome to be there, but it's absolutely not necessary - and honestly, most clients find it easier to hand over the keys and let me work.

    I shoot best when I can move through the space freely, take my time with each composition, and fully focus on getting the most out of every room.

  • Absolutely, and I love it!

    Travel within a 30 km radius of Brisbane CBD is included. Outside this area, travel is charged at $0.80 per km (return trip).

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your shoot date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your final images.

    Deposits are refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled shoot date are eligible for a full deposit refund.

    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot date will result in the deposit being forfeited.

    A full detailed cancellation policy will be provided prior to booking your shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At this stage, Golden Tide Studios specialises in interior photography only.

    Exterior and architectural photography is not currently offered as part of our packages.

  • No stress! All files are stored for 6 months from the delivery date and I'm happy to resend them at no charge within that period.

    After 6 months, a retrieval fee may apply. I always recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as you receive them - just to be safe!

  • All packages include a single business licence, meaning the images are licensed for use by your business only - think website, organic social media, marketing materials, and press submissions.

    Please note the licence covers organic use only and does not extend to paid advertising.

    If another business featured in the shoot wishes to use the images (for example, a tile or furniture brand wanting to share the photos on their own channels), an additional business licence is required. This can be added prior to the shoot for 30% of your package price per additional business - how that cost is shared is entirely up to you.

    Alternatively, additional licences can be purchased after delivery at $65 per image.

    We recommend flagging any potential third-party usage before shoot day to keep things simple for everyone!

  • The standard business licence included in all packages covers organic use only.

    If you'd like to use your images for Meta Ads or other paid advertising, commercial licensing can be purchased at $65 per image, or 50% of your package price for the full gallery.

    This can be added at the time of booking or after delivery - just get in touch and we'll sort it out!
